Did clean and jerks for the first time ever today. Did them at the end of my workout because I was bored and had some energy left.
Decided to start at 95 pounds and go up til I missed.
Went 95 x 1, 115 x 1, 135 x 1, 155 x 1, 175 x 1, 195 x 1, and 205 x M. Could've gotten the 205 or more if I tried again. I was just winded because I was taking about 45 seconds break in between singles because I was pressed for time.
They're pretty fun!
Maybe I'll start doing them at the end Monday workouts here and there, and try to get to 300 pounds as a side goal. Like a mini quest in an rpg
