Squatted today for the first time in probably 4 or 5 weeks. Warmed up well and did some stretches, did working sets at 60kg 3 x 5. Hip flexor pain got gradually worse. My whole hip area is so unstable and its a real effort to force the knees to stay in position. Foam rolled and stretched when i got home, its still hurting. I dunno what to do because im on a bulk and cant do the best mass building exercise properly. The other hip flexor is fine and doesnt hurt at all.
