This falls under random health and exercising. I've spent all week shopping for mattresses, looking at super firm mattresses that also have good movement absorption because my girlfriend moves around a ton in bed. I've always been told by powerlifters you want the firmest bed you can sleep on. I had to get up to a $1,400 bed to get what I liked. Realize I could get what I wanted with a $370 futon mattress. My friend sleeps on one and swears by it, he has crazy good posture.

I lift at my old university's gym and man, the cardio bunnies have been out in full force since spring bring ended. Plus, there's this girl who's often at the university gym doing oly lifting with a body similar to that found in the athletic women thread and a face not unlike that Zooey chick everyone loves. I think her squat form is better than mine.

My bed is 3 futons I stacked up that my parents found. Its really comfy. Don't know where they found them, probably a dumpster or something.

Im well excited for cardio bunnies when I got to uni. Will be a nice change to watching gypsies roll on the floor practicing take downs.

Been foam rolling my hips. Feels pretty good in a slightly painful way. Time will tell if it helps with my posture or squatting ability.

Tried the blue raspberry c4 today and it's delicious.

Without a doubt it will; roll your ass, hips, it band, upper back everyday.

And when you inevitably become desensitized / immune to the roller, move on to the lacrosse ball. Those knots have nowhere to hide.

then you move to a PVC pipe:slayer:

Had a guy show up at the gym today wearing only a baselayer for his bottoms. No shorts. No pants. Just this:

263

Am I missing something? I thought these went UNDER other layers of clothing.

Prolly just looking for attention, or serving as gay bait.

Ha, funny you mention that because I occasionally wear those to the gym. They are my "bike shorts" so if I'm biking anywhere I just wear those around. They are insanely comfortable and It's too hot in florida to care otherwise.

I bought one of the black rollers a few months ago... first time I used it on the IT bands, I shed some manly tears. Now it doesn't even do shit.

Tennis ball to the piriformis still hurts like a bitch tho.
