Holy shit, guys, I saw these while grocery shopping this morning. Pretty much perfect for when you just want a break from the savory without derailing your dietary efforts:

GF made me do HIIT on the elliptical yesterday. That shit is awesome. Totally adding that to the routine.

Dropping the peanut butter from my broatmeal. Whey and oats only. Kinda bland but I grew up eating cheerios every day so i'm used to bland breakfast.

Working up slowly with these knee wraps. Medium-tightness for a week more. Then about 75% for 2 weeks and then full tightness after they're broken in.

Working slowly with the poundage too. 395 next week and then 405 the week after. And then we'll see from there after I'm accustomed with these wraps.

Hm, you sure he weighed in at 210? In his youtube videos, he was 265 about 10 months ago.

I mean, just looking at him in the videos, he looks like he's a 242 or light 275'er.
