My friend got free tickets to a TNA house show here a few months ago, so we and another friend went, since we were pretty big fans once upon a time. Scott Steiner "wrestled" in the main event, but had the line of the night, saying something to the effect of, "I always like to pick a couple of pretty ladies out of the audience to take back to my hotel room. But the problem is I'm looking out and all I see are a bunch of ugly bitches."

Steiner hasn't appeared on camera in a few months. I had the same reaction as Gort. When he showed up in WCW as "Big Poppa Pump" I thought to myself, "Where the hell did this guy come from"?

APK, I cannot believe that Steiner would main event anything in Impact wrestling. That's an affront to all of the fans. Next Monday WWE Raw is coming to Cleveland. Can't wait!

He gets a pretty good pop around here since he's from Bay City. He wasn't in the ring much, since he was tagging with Bubba Ray Dudley (or whatever his name is now) against Jeff Hardy and Rob Van Dam.

Horrible day at the gym. Couldn't lift 75%of my 1rm on the db bench felt week in every lift, joints were hurting and my teeth are still hurting. Got too fed up trying to train chest and arms I decided just to front squat and do some cleans and I ended up catching a clean really badly and hurting my wrist. Also watching people on gear progress is really demotivating, couple weeks ago they were struggling with 60kg benches now they're repping 100kg with basically not fat gains.

I find it less demotivating when I think about the heart failure they're going to get in five years.

man... military pressed 125 today for 10 reps. I used to do 145 for 5 reps. 2 days ago I did 215 bench for 7 reps... used to do 245 for 5. Next time I will DL like... 285 lbs? I used to DL 375. That's something to bitch about, real talk.

Gear can be done (relatively) safely.

I doubt that's true for the chavs in Fuji's gym though.

have to love the chinese FS scheme, ramp up to daily 1RM, then take 5-10 kg off that and do triples and doubles until you die

also after the nationals I have to conclude that most of the women in the lower classes were fucking hot
