I don't think you'd need to eat cleanly all the time, though. Obvious caveat: you have to know your own metabolism. You can't regularly gorge a la fuji but you don't need to avoid unhealthy/fatty foods either. Everything in moderation. 5-6 days out of the week I'll eat tons of veggies, grains, proteins, but I typically have one or two days a week where I eat out.
You don't look 165 in that pic.. How much extra weight do you feel like you're carrying?
Not a ton. I could maybe stand to lose 5 lbs? At this point i don't really care all that much about getting a better physique (the picture makes me look more like shit than i'd like. I look pretty built while wearing clothes) but rather being more athletic (that's me in a medium hanes t-shirt).
The one thing i'd love to improve is flexiblity. I'm going to see if i can wake up early enough to go to a morning yoga class. Yoga 2-3x a week + Getting my barefoot Running distance up + Beach Muscles lifting should occupy me for a good chunk of spring. KB stuff is fun but I need a change-up.
