yes

Okay, I've read about it and it could be, though I do still have a huge ass. It talks about strengthening the glutes, quads and abs, all of which are already pretty damn strong. The only other thing I can think of is stretching. Tips?

I'd say the only boner-fied badass here is Charly... just because he's a young Bolo Yeung.

... and a 3 plate widowmaker ain't no joke.

+1 to doing SS right away.

I've posted this several times already, but use the excel logbook found in the SS wiki:

http://startingstrength.wikia.com/wiki/Tools_and_Downloads

You can tweak it as you wish initially. 100lbs in each of the lifts maybe too high (especially ohp).

When did uniqlo decide they want $50 for a pair of sweats? What am I gonna wear to the gym now, to selfconcious about my tiny calves to wear shorts.

Also wtf is this

http://shop.uniqlo.com/uk/list/basic/men/accessoriesandunderwear/easyex

Brb kopping some magic underwear which means I no longer have to squat.

No match for the guy at my gym who wears sports bras and booty shorts while he does elliptical (and nothing but).

But if he wore the uniqlo he wouldn't even have to go on the eliptical

How else is he going to expose his lower ass cheeks to the rest of the gym?

Wear uniqlo, walk around outside. Expose lower ass cheeks to the world? Just the gym is too small an audience.

He was coming in one day when I was leaving and he was dressed completely normal. Was a huge let down. Then again, he could be a super elaborate gym troll.

Aaand I just figured out what the fuck Uniqlo is trying to sell here (sorry, long week). smfh Where are his toning trainers?

i dont get the skin-tight gym clothes deal. i have one lululemon workout shirt that i hardly wear since i am swoling out of it. wore it the other day and it pissed me off how much it chafed around the shoulders. cant stand it when sleeves ride up on my arms. dumpy oversized gym shorts and tanks for the win.

that being said, i feel almost embarassed when i have a bro-shirt on; none of my tees from last summer fit modestly anymore. always funny when you see a guy who looks like he could work out, but his shirt is one size too small so that you know he does. hate being that guy.
