Plenty of time to get shredded. Will bulk another 2 months and do loads of hypertrophy work and then start my cut like end of march early april get on the EAC stack and by june I should be pretty lean. I heard clen is safer then EAC, but im kind of scared of the idea of injecting myself and then I couldn't say im natty anymore. Im eating pretty clean right now so I shouldn't put on too much more fat, but im still in a pretty big caloric surplus.
On the subject of being natty my friend who I haven't seen in a while had a massive go at me for the dangers of my steroid abuse, im not on gear, feels good man.
Also any advice on getting bigger forearms? I thought be the time I pulled 405 I'd have pretty built forearms, but my 315 pulling friends are significantly bigger. Same with traps.
