Yeah was thinking about doing this instead of just snatch deads. From what I understand a snatch pull is just like a missed snatch where you just basically do a lose form shrug at the top of the deadlift, but don't get the bar particularly high?
Not doing cardio, will phlegm everywhere and die. Will just buy a bunch of ephadrine come spring time and lean out then.
