Yeah too narrow in my gym, plus the seat can't go low enough to trap your legs.

You can accomplish the same thing with a balance ball by putting either your feet or your heels on it.

At shitty bldg gym till new year so I have to function without powerlifting. Did rack pulls with dumbbells off a flat bench yesterday. Surprisingly, not a bad workout.

Benched 215 for 9 reps last night, felt pretty good. The last rep was some do or die type shit. When I can do 225 for 10 I'll be zuper happy.

Good mornings with strict form. No hate, but even with a machine I doubt you could do one, they're really hard, unless your doing the bastardized version with are basically back hypers, but with a little leg movement.


Got my body fat measured at 35% at a pharmacy. I think thats probably wrong, I don't think im carrying around 70lb of body fat.

I just called my mate from when I was like 8. His dad is huge, like 280lb at 5'10" and cut. Offered me a cycle of Dbol and clen for free as like a christmas present I guess so I can get bigger and more cut. Said no "Nah bra when I can deadlift 500lb I'll be huuuuuuge, don't need gear" been saying this since I started training "Nah bra fuck curls/shrugs/wrist curls when I can deadlift 225/315/405 my traps/biceps/forearms will be huuge". Deadlift 405, still don't really look like I work out, just got a wide undefined upper back, big legs and glutes, but a pretty shit torso and arms. Feels bad man.
