I need a new pair of boots. Right now I am looking at the C&J Coniston and Snowdon...I know they sell them at Turnbull and Asser...but because of the exchange rate we have with the GBP they are not a very good deal at $625 and $725 respectively.

What other boots should I be looking at that I can find in NYC? They do not have to be waterproof they just need to be water resistant and somewhat dressy (if boots ever can be). Looking to spend up to $800 if they are nice

.

Thanks

Check your size and the look at T&A, buy some trees and cream or polish if you feel guilty, then order your conistons from plal --- in the 400s earlier this year.

Barney's has a sale going on. You should try there, I was able to pick up a pair of brown Tetburys for 400. It seemed like they had a decent amount of sizes available.
