Meguiars Wax

I was in Las Vegas this past week and went to the Ferrari showroom at the Wynn and saw one of the people working there wiping down the cars. I asked him what kind of wax they use on those beauties and he said that the detail department uses Meguiar's Wax.

I thought Ferrari uses Zymol? Is Meguiar's that good?

I use it, but it's mainly because I can pick it up easily from the local Advance Auto. It's not the best, but it's good enough for me.

I'd imagine that with cars sitting around a showroom all day under controlled lighting, the quality of your wax becomes less important.

Good point. Never thought of that.

not only that, but whatever looks the best inside might not look the best where your car is most of the time.

it was probably pure carnauba in which case the brand doesn't matter.

As good as any exotic wax out there, from my experience...just add some elbow grease (or: a buffer), and you're good to go

It cleans well and provides a nice shine and protection.
