OK...what is a "threak"?

I've checked our index (including the "dumb threads" thread), and google, and wiki, but could find no definition. It's thrown about so casually.

Does it mean something along the lines of, "a thread that has a tendency towards becoming absurd"?

This is a serious question, BTW.

I've always assumed it was just a purposeful mistyping to show how leet you are in the interwebz. Like "teh" or "pron"
