Is it my singular experience or do other people have similar service?

The only time that I tried, it took several days for someone to respond, but then each reply was prompt. I had the impression that it took a little while for the email to get assigned to someone.

Love the last pocket squares, If I'm not mistaken Drakes once made pocket squares with designs similar to those.

I like some of the new squares a lot. Much nicer than the last set.

The range of colours in the new ties seems unbalanced to me. A lot of greys and dark greens. The one grey tie I definitely wanted was the dark grey cashmere from last year - but that one isn't in the mix now, the replacement being a much lighter shade of grey. No new colours in the grenadines either.

What would you wear that with? I'm having a problem with a lot of the new range in that I just can't see how I would incorporate it into an outfit - I'm sure that is mostly down to my limitations though.

Hi, I need a tie for an interview (law firm), what would you guys suggest? I have a navy suit and planning on wearing a white shirt.

Would this tie be a good option? http://www.drakes-london.com/ties/woven/woven-fine-rib-reppe-solid-silk-8cm-tie

One last thing, why does Drake's only sell white linen PS in a box of three? Why would you want three white PS?

Because you use them as a handkerchief.

They do, but I do feel prices have gone up quite a bit recently. At least, I don't remember a bow tie being 95 GBP...

I feel your pain. I purchased the Untipped Woven Wool Solid 8cm Tie in green at full retail price of £115 because it works beautifully with my cream Harvie & Hudson shirt, and dark grey suit. I also like the tie in navy, as well as the navy repp Drakes tie.

I have yet to find another green tie remotely close to the Drakes tone. As much as I like to pay a lot less, it was too much compromise either with the colour, texture and especially saturation. My dark navy CT tie is good enough (solid, functional colour) - although doesn't compare to the Drakes navy repp - for the price, but absolutely nothing that comes close to the tone of the Drake's green.
