i wouldnt worry about kidney stones at your age. but frequent bladder infections and so forth i heard are maybe symptoms of kidney problems but just google it

Maybe 14 or so hours for me wile sleeping, but I have a friend who hasn't peed in 2 years.

He does have no kidneys though...
