Oh absolutely. We'll pay to have it repaired too. Sorry about that!

Just PM me your info and we'll get it sorted.

What kind of leg opening/taper will the hoyt fit have?

Just got these in. I like them but I still don't really understand what all the raw denim hype is about and hopefully this pair can last me through college (reason why I sized up). Definitely could have went true to size but the key is I hope this pair of jeans can last a couple of years of daily wear so that's why I sized up. My camera is acting up so I hope to post some fit pics up.

you think you'll grow in college? You might find that the creases you form now migrate north if you do.

Why would you buy these if you didn't want raw denim. You would have been fine with a $30 pair of Levis OTR.

Sizing up on these jeans is probably not going to look great either, waiting on those fit pics before final judgement though.

^ Yah, and honestly, very few jeans (none) are gonna last you all the way through college. What are we talking... 2? 3? 4 years of daily wear? No way hombre.
Yeah, I also don't get why you sized up, unless you are planning to gain weight/get larger and keep it on. The best way to have jeans last is to have a rotation. EP's jeans are probably the most comfortable raw denim from the get go, except for maybe PRPS, which is expensive as hell. Is your aversion to raw denim a style thing, the price...? IMO EP's is such a bargain.

The fit definitely isn't a slim when I size up but it's nothing worse than a regular fit. I gave them a hot soak last night and they're drying right now so hopefully I'll get some fit pics up. And Raw denim for the same reason why everyone else does it. I had a pair of Uniqlo MIJ that I've grown out of and I wanted to see what a higher price range would bring. I like it but I just don't think spending anymore on raw denim is the thing for me. And yea I did plan on getting bigger. I'd rather have a regular fit now and a slim fit later than a slim fit now and a skinny fit later.

Ah, I see. I get that. Maybe it's also worth checking out the Hoyt fit when those come in in a few weeks.

Bigger how? Fatter, taller, more muscular? Not that you have to justify yourself to me. I am just

Yes sir, we're expecting them in about 10 days. I'll let you guys know once they ship from LA.

Just picked up a pair of the Slubby Smith's this weekend and only after two days can say I love them. Wanted to get the raw pair, but Epaulet is sold out of 31s. super stoked.

I have the same issue... just discovered that my 33's measure out to 36 inches at the waist, and I've only worn them twice (once pre-soak, once post-soak). I don't think it was stretching, I think they came this way. My true waist is ~ 34, so unfortunately I'll have to sell them as I don't like the excess material bunching under my belt. Hopefully the new batch will be easier to size; other than this I absolutely love them (and the fit is great everywhere else except waist).
