Im sure everyone has heard this before but im trying to get my hair similar to bc. Ive been growing it out for some time then when i saw this movie realized this is what ive been going for. Its still short but im wondering if im wasting my time, because i look bad in the growing process, its a mess. My hair is very thick and kinda poofy, and straight. People say they wish they had my hair because its so thick but its maybe too thick. Can i have hair like this or should just keep it short because its thick? The back of my hair is just straight and if i try to pull it out its just sticks straight out haha so not sure if it can ever curl up like that. http://www.observer.com/files/full/bradleycooper2.JPG http://s3.amazonaws.com/ths_assets_p...ley-Cooper.jpg

We're stuck with the hair we're born with for the most part. Good styling products and a good hair cut can change things a little, but it may not work for you.
I recommend going to a good barber in your area and asking them this question.
His hair looks pretty messy though, especially in the second pic.

+1
I did exactly this (I have pretty much the same issue as you). Went to a salon instead of a barbershop, and the wonderful lady had some great ideas to get my hair the way I wanted. I'm not even going to act like I know what she did, but it worked. My hair is a lot less thick than it used to be, a little bit straighter, and much more fine, which was my goal. Continual upkeep, I'm sure, helps Bradley keep his hair looking that good. Deep Conditioning treatments do wonders for your hair.
Good luck!
yeah, i cant stand it, it has no texture, looks like a helmet when its dry right now. Its only about 3" long but sticks straight up, its so damn thick, im wondering if growing it out is going to be a waste of time, because when i dry it and blow dry it back to see how it looks it looks like one piece of hair, not a good look. Maybe it is just way to short to know right now..not sure.
I really do not want my hair to fall like this
