Derek, I sent you a little gift with your order. I hope it fits correctly.
Happy Holidays!
Best,
Mauro

Is it that "eat a dick" shot glass that I asked for from Santa?? Lol. Thanks Mauro I can't wait. As I've said before and I will reiterate here, I'm just glad there are still guys like you around who dedicate themselves to their customers and not to maximizing profits while forfeiting quality and customer service. Not necessarily pointing towards Dayton here but more to many businesses in general.

Have people seriously still not gotten them from the sale in spring?? Damn I guess I was one of the few lucky ones. I got mine on time. It's terrible that these people have such horrendous customer service.

Mine arrived about two months late, but they seemed fine. I commented in that thread that I did notice a couple SMALL issues with the build quality around the sole, but they were honestly nothing that wear and tear wouldn't cause anyways from use. I'm happy with them. Seems some people in that thread either got boots that were screwed up, or had expectations too high for a product from a company that makes boots meant to actually work hard in.

At the end of the day, I don't think they had a clue how many orders they would receive from that sale. Got way over their heads. They should have done a better job managing customer expectations for delivery times or simply stopped taking new orders. That's where *********** up.

I know nothing about Dayton except when I carried the W+H boots and they were late as ****. I stay clear of threads like that. Honestly I just stay on my thread or COD . I look at the girly pages too:slayer:

You are also the Grand Master Santa this year. :slayer:

The internet can be a great thing or a very bad thing. My temper isn't so good and I have had some customer service issues of my own. Now that I wholesale and am in a VERY good showroom I can't afford to go off like I use to.Now, I just try to make great product and give the best customer service I can.I educate my customers on what I create and how it was created. I have lost some good customers on SF and other forums that will probably never shop with me no matter how great my stuff is because of my temper. It sucks, what's done is done. I feel for Dayton they are probably over their heads. I have been there and it's not pleasant.

THIS. I always tell people to be careful when reading online reviews. Happy customers hardly ever take the time to write them, while the ones that are upset always want to express it and make sure the world knows. It's a real problem and can lead to a few angry customers painting a good product as garbage. These boots are a great example, with me. I only posted in that thread when I was getting frustrated waiting for the boots to arrive. Once they did, I was happy and didn't post anymore. I'm sure this is fairly indicative of most and the thread is not dominated by those who are still angry. Can create a perception that things are far worse then they may actually be.

Having said that, Mauro's always done me right with his customer service and I have been happy with his product.

Guys, Mauro made me promise to keep it a secret, but I just can't hold it in any longer. I got a preview of the Supper shirt and it is definitely some next-level ****. Are you ready to have your minds blown?

By the way, if you're a medium, when those bamboo/sorona tees come out, kop them immediately. I own all of the black bamboo/sorona tees in medium. All of them. Okay, there might be one or two that belong to someone else, but I have something absurd like 15 of them.

Buy them before I buy them all.

Sorry that these are ****** bathroom-at-work pics, but here are two of me in the new oxfords. I love them, but I'm starting to think they're a little short for me, even casually. I'm not sure, though. Thoughts? I know my jeans are quite low-rise (I'm looking to get a pair of more regular rise denim in the new year), but I'm taking the fact the shirts don't want to stay tucked in when I do attempt to tuck as a bad sign.

This picture you can't tell anything about length, just want to showcase the dopeness:

Too short?

I think the fits otherwise are spot on?
