Please comment my shirt!

I just received my second shirt from tailorstore.
I want to make a new order as soon as possible so please give me comments about the shirt!
My biggest problem with the shirt is that its kind of tight in the area where I made a red circle.
Any advice to make it less tight there? Is it the shoulder measurement that is too small or is it the chest measurement?

shoulders at AT LEAST 1" too short.

The chest looks fine as long as you have room to move, but the shoulders are way too small.

Shoulders are too tight. I'd adjust my 1-2". Chest looks okay.

I also think the shoulders are too narrow.

Increasing the chest measure will also help with movement, especially if the armholes are too large.

You didn't ask about this but I would prefer longer collar points, especially with those huge cuffs (which I like). Also, on the next shirt the cuffs should be made narrower to keep them off your hands.

Also, Don't know if it's because you're leaning, but in addition to being way too small, the shoulders don't appear symetrical.

Do you intend to wear it untucked like that? If not, it probably needs an addition two inches or so of length.

Wow thanks for the comments! Wider shoulders, ok got it!

Here is a picture of my first shirt I ordered from tailorstor:

(is the shoulders a tad too small on this one too?)
(The fabric looks strange up in that area)

The changes I made for the new shirt was:
made the shoulders 2 cm (4" ?) smaller (apparently a big mistake)
1 cm shorter arms
3 cm slimmer upper arm
1 cm slimmer cuffs
1 cm smaller chest
added back darts and made the waist smaller
(I also made some minor design changes)

What changes was for the better?

I tried to find a lenght where I could use it both tucked and untucked! But for a "suit shirt" I would add 1-2 cm!

Rather than asking about one ill-fitting shirt versus another, I suggest you get the shoulders fixed and then ask if there's anything wrong (an absolute, rather than the comparative "better"/"worse") with the result. There may not be, as your latest looks good excepting the shoulders.
