Multiple issues im having

Thread Starter
Mmkay guys, i decided to write this out as it seems anything i try for myself never works, so here goes:

First issue im having is with my nails, mainly my fingernails as i cant stop biting them to save my life, although i regret it when the pain from a overbit nail comes to me i just keep biting and i cant stop. Any ideas?

Secondly my hair, i spend a good hour or two getting it the way i want. Now during the first part of a new day my hair stays in place, its perfect the way it is. Then comes the afternoon and my hair begins to curl, poke out, basicalyl look like as if ive not bothered to style it and it makes me look and feel stupid.

My hair id say is pretty long, long enough to cover my ears and the fringe is long enough to partially cover my left eye. I style it so my hair swings to the left.

Any ideas on how i can leave my hair in its style throughout the day?

Thirdly, im quite embarrased of this but, i hardly brush my teeth, which is not really good as ive been warned multiple times in the past about losing my teeth due to plaque. My main enemy in this is my "Can-do" attitude to brushing my teeth. Anyone got any good was of getting me back into the swing of doing my teeth?

Finally, my spots. I hate them so much, the ones that are noticeable are all across my face, and although theres not many theres enough to make them noticeable, if anyone could recommend a really decent cream or product to me i will love you forever.

Many thanks guys

Dean.

Hours fixing your hair and then not brushing your teeth... does not compute. Top tip = brush your damn teeth.

Girlfriend, you must need some tissues to go with them issues. Sounds like a personal problem.

First, brush your damn teeth. WTF man? Your hair makes you look stupid? How about your dirty damned teeth making you look stupid?

Second, get a buzzcut. Hair style issues solved! Buzzcuts are quite stylish.

Third, I used to put some sour apple stuff on my dog's paw when he injured it. It kept him from licking the wound open. I suggest you go to a pet shop, by some of that stuff, and put it under your finger nails.

occupy your hands with something, idle hands leads to your biting. use a computer, enter a chat room, no movie watching. find a hobby that uses both hands actively, do something. eat if you want if its that difficult to get what you want, find a compatible hair style thats less maintenance. go to a stylist or cut shorter so there is nothing for the hair to curl. your hair may curl because of damage(due to styling/length) unless you got a natural fro from the roots i dont know takes me 15m tops and my hair is near my jaw and the back is down the top of my back ;p yea brush... spots? old people spots? if they are deep under your skin you are stuck with them for a while assuming new ones dont sprouting. i assume since you bite, meaning you are prone to habits dealing with touching your face. stop picking. skin bleaching. look for stuff with Hydroquinone (i haven't used this, thought about it, so do your research) or go to a dermatologist for something else

Motivation is the key.

When I gave up the nicotine a friend's child remarked "Hey, you don't stink anymore"! Haven't touched the weed since.

Ask a trusted friend how your breath is? Trusting they stand close enough to be able to hear you!

Sounds like you've got Dysthymia or Depression with OCD features. Seriously. Go see your physician. Buy a really good electric toothbrush. Makes it a lot more fun, plus the good ones include settings for gumline stimulation and timers to ensure you've gotten a good brushing in. Get it for yourself for Xmas. You will regret not having taken care of your teeth. http://www1.macys.com/catalog/produc...tegoryID=23553
