Getting rid of "extra skin"

Hi, Is it possible in anyway to tighten up skin somehow? I mean I have some under my chin, cheeks and ass that I would most likely to lay down so that I wouldnt have such a big round ass and look like some mamas boy with a double chin when he looks down Also the same for the stomach; when I stand up it looks like I almost have a nice 6-pack but when I sit the lower part of my stomach slouches out.. how to make these more smooth so that the skin isnt so "elastic"?

I'm dealing with the same problem as you. I lost 40 lbs. in the last year, and have some lose skin, but I'm still losing weight.

How old are you, and what is your body fat % around?

At a certain point your skin is going to lose elasticity, but if it is tightening at all, losing more fat will speed it up. It may take a year or more for skin to naturally tighten, it's different for everyone.

I've heard of some people using different products on their skin, like coca butter, but never took it seriously.

I'm 18 but dont know about body fat since ive actually never measured that

I dont think I have ever been overweight really, maybe by a few pounds only. Still I have rather a roundish face etc.. I'm 6 feet tall and weight about 165 lbs so not bad, as I also work out so I have quite alot of muscle, especially on my thighs.

Is there anyway in like working out which tightens skin? Like does swimming or excessive jogging, aerobic exercise in general tighten skin? Ive also heard that the inside muscles in my stomach arent strong enough which causes it to slouch.. would like pilates help?

put on some muscle to fill it out. nothing's gonna "tighten" skin other than keeping body fat low for long enough for it to shrink a little or putting on muscle to fill it back out. you should probably do both.

Would gaining muscle in, say, his torso effectively help his face look less chubby?

no, but shoulder shrugs could build muscle up around the neck area and offset it some. having more lean muscle mass will help him burn some extra fat all around. he sounds skinny-fat to me.

Your age will play a factor in how much the skin can tighten up naturally on its own. A simple google search will give some good advice on this sort of thing. This is not a fast process and many say you should give up to 2 years for results to really come through.
