P.S. I test drove a Cayman S at the dealer last night. Her Audi dealer also sells Porsches. Fun car. You really have to rev it to make it go.. kinda surprised for a <3,000lb car.
Same problem occurs if she has the Audi Nav+ (Bose is just the speaker system, and frankly, IMHO its not worth the money; nothing made by Bose is worth the money, it all costs way too much), since the programming for the Nav's MMI computer system isn't currently programmed to link up with an iPod. I can only assume that the next version of the Nav system will have built-in compatibility for an iPod.
I am unsure, since I don't have the Nav system in my car I have not researched the issue, but there might, MIGHT be a flash app available that downloads info into the MMI computer for iPod connectivity...it's certainly a possibility.
