One of the greatest songwriters, in a thread about the one perfect song, but everyone has 'their' song. My bid would be for "Only Love Can Break Your Heart." The melody starts strong enough to make for a solid song on its own, but the way it shifts into a few different wonderfully melancholy gears throughout 3:00 minutes, all revolving around the clever title lyric, it's just perfect. And then "Southern Man" follows up, keeping that palate clean and moving. What an album.
