Help ID-ing jacket maker: Hartwood Paris

So I thifted this jacket todauy. Looks like an orphan, but still too nice to pass up for $3. Had lots of handwork. No fabric content tag, but I thought maybe someone can ID the maker from this label:

It is a great men's store in Paris with three branches in the city. I frequent the place near the Rue de Bac in the 7th.

I realize this is an old post, but like everyone else said - your original pics don't show up, but FWIW we got in a handful Harwood Paris suits which are made by Caruso, but appear to be made with a higher standard with more handwork than regular Caruso suits. Probably about the same level as Smalto or M. Bardelli.
