Can anyone suggest any good stores in Manhattan to buy gifts for babies or toddlers? Clothes, toys, anything.

I am assuming you mean other than the Big Box stores like Toys R Us, Babies R Us, Gap Kids etc etc.

There are kids boutiques on the upper east side, madison in the 60's-70's. Bellini sells nice baby clothes also.

kidding around is good for toyz, near ed's alma matter on w. 15th

there are tons of tiny kiddie boutiques (i think) in the mott/mulberry strip. as ed said, a bunch on the ues. are you looking for a gift? baby or toddler?

Yes gifts for both. Specifically a 6 month old baby girl and a 2 year old boy.

I suggested Space Kiddets before to another member last year and he bought a gift there. They have a store on 22nd street that sells mostly clothing and another a block away on 21st for toys. Giggle is a good store also. They have a location in Soho and another on UES.
