is anyone else a fan of these? cascada is probably the most famous, but apparently there's a slew of these 'groups'. they take a 16-17 year old female pop star who doesn't speak english, have her sing a rap song, and put it to a ridiculous beat this one is probably the best - 50 cent's ayo technology, pop remix

Not really a fan, but many do a public service: having all those pretty things bouncing around in tight clothes. Not necessarily a bad thing as long as you mute the sound.

have you heard the original? the lyrics are literally about prostitutes/porn 'she work the pole/she get it low' they don't even change the pronouns lol 'dance in your lap til you're ready to pop' 'on the late night til daylight' 'baby its a new age, you're like my new craze' etc

Haha! As I mentioned above, when these types of vids come on, I have them on mute and just sit back and enjoy the jigglings.

A surprise for Katerine in March 2009: for her record company she sung "Ayo Technology" for a children's cd but the song was picked up by radio stations in Poland. Not much later the song was in the Polish top 5 and Katerine has - against her will - her first international hit and also first #1 single.
a children's cd???

Eurodance, including the likes of David Guetta+Cascada etc are not for critical listening...but for clubbing
