So sunday is our christmas party for work and I'd like to give a girl I like and have kinda been talking to a killer compliment that she'll think about the whole night

any ideas?

Tell her you like her very much and would like her to be your girlfriend. If she doesn't say yes right away, tell her you will give her some time to think about it and ask again at the end of the night.

only thing i would change is that "you would like her to be your girlfriend for fucking"

At this point it is apparent a compliment isn't going to accomplish your end goal of giving her something she will think of all night. Actions speak louder than words, my friend. Time to whip out the yogurt dispenser and show her daddy means business.

Figure out what most people compliment her on and compliment something else. If she has striking eyes but mousy hair, tell her you like her hair.
Or you could try what John Derek did with Ursula Andress when he met her at the height of her fame. He told her that she needed to lose a couple of pounds and tone up and that he could help her do it. He had her at hello.
