^^^^I'm not a huge fan of the warrior diet, but it works for some people, so why not. I don't see any problem at all witth eating one meal a day. I kind of figured out my natural cycle, so I do my own version of IF, I usually start eating around 1-4PM and stop about 7-10PM, depending. My mornings are entirely fueled by caffeine, and I really feel no hunger most of the time. I also have much more energy in the morning than I used to when I forced myself to eat.
