Yeah they really are good at marketing high intensity circuit training.

Most hardcore lifter fitness women I've met have had a wicked chip on their shoulder with something to prove

i just have a thing for fit women.. some are a little too much for me..

hey if it gets girls to work out and stay in shape - more power to them... the women/girls that i see the the xfit places seem to be a little more attractive than the treadmill/eliptical runners are the gym

Hey, I love a fit chick who knows that squats are good for her ass and doesn't just trot on the tread mill for 80 minutes 3 times a week followed by some half-assed "core" work then can't figure out why she's still dumpy. If most of these kind of women didn't have such crappy personalities, it'd be even better.

There is a middle ground though. It's good for a girl to do weights... but say once she's squatting over 135lbs. (that's a 45 on each side) things can get a bit scary. Most of the women in that brochure have hard faces and their bodies are a bit extreme. My girlfriend narrowly escapes being in this group (will do cardio for an hour eating up 700+ calories, 200 crunches, 50 squats, etc - but with low weight). I dated 2 before that I would put in this group. One was a black-belt in tae kwon do, a brown belt in another martial art, and worked out 2 hours a day (i actually met her at the gym), the other was an avid triathlete/marathoner (got 7th in la marathon when she was 25)... aside from their very sleek bodies, neither of them exuded much sexuality - they _were_ aggressive in bed, but in a way that was almost off-putting. Both well educated, the first with 2 masters degrees from Rice in Physics/Math, the other with a PharmD from USC. Neither of them had much of a life, it was all about fitness/job.

The images would've been much more compelling if they came complete with appropriate odors.

A buddy's sister competes in international cross-fit competitions... I find her disgusting (back in uni she was super hot).

most of them aren't really doing it for me.

I think they are hot. Nothing wrong with a woman having a hard body.

I actually prefer women who feel soft and have big curvy asses and are too horñy to waste hours at the gym and would rather stay home and fuk or at least twiddle their clits to porn. Fitness-obsessed women just don't entice me.

I've found the more physically active a woman is, the hornier she is. Also, a fit woman can easily have nice big round ass.

i find everyone who is into crossfit to be the most annoying douches.

banging on about functional fitness and broad modal domains etc
they think they invented HIIT and were the first people to do olympic lifting (badly)
