Congrats to UConn women.

But serious lulz at the absolute lack of parity in women's hoops. They only trailed 3% of the the time they played.

I don't want to rant but fuck, why do they even bother to rank more than 10, 15 teams at the absolute most? Ugh.

I'm sick of being interupted by women's basketball updates. I watched about five minutes of one of their games last week and it was sorry. Women just suck at basketball. A decent 8th grade boys AAU team would beat the shit out of UConn.

I only saw the end of the game on the highlights, this game was played in Stanford but I don't think the fans rushed the court after their win.

I remember one year where Maryland was ranked higher than Duke, we beat Duke at home and the fans still rushed the court.

They didn't. women's hoops is fucking dumb. Condi was dancing. I remember a few years ago when Stanford beat someone (can't remember who) and fucking TIGER WOODS stormed the court.

Saint John's schedule for the year is ridiculous.

To start: three home games, then one in California, the next day back at home, a week later fly out to Alaska, come back. From Jan 1. until March:

@ Providence
vs Georgetown
@5 Notre Dame
vs #4 Syracuse (AT MSG so TONS of 'Cuse fans)
vs #15 Notre Dame
@ #23 Louisville
vs 25 Cincinnati
@ #13 Georgetown
VS #1 Duke
vs Rutgers
@UCLA
vs #9 Connecticut
@ #25 Cincinnati
@ Marquette
vs #5 Pittsburgh
vs DePaul
@ #7 Villanova

They just don't get a break, until vs DePaul. traveling. The "easy" games require either tons of travel or a large opponent fan base at an SJU home game.

wow. guaranteed #1 in RPI. that is brutal. the stretch between cuse and duke is worse than the NCAA tournament being a 16 seed going to the Nat. Champ game.
