Lean ground meats, help me with some receipes

So I'm trying to eat healthy, cutting down on unnecessary fats and all that.

I can get superlean (99% fat free) ground turkey or (96% fat free) ground beef.

Because of a lack of fat I gotta add some sauce and stuff and lots of spices/herbs to make this stuff palatable. My typical fare for both the turkey and beef is tomato sauce, bunch of dried herbs/spices, and dash of capers.

Give me some other ideas that's relatively healthy.

The easiest way to eat less fat is to eat less food, not to eat fewer foods with less fat. Eat normal foods and develop normal eating and exercise habits.

There's nothing wrong with saturated fats and naturally occurring fats that aren't processed. As why mentioned, look at the overall picture and balance things accordingly.

Thank you, so helpful.

Can you confirm to me that the sun rises in the east also? I'm always confused about that one.

99% fat free turkey? 96% fat free ground beef? That's just disgusting man. The only way to salvage this kind of meat is to enrich it with some kind of fat, e.g., pork or duck or butter.

why is 100% correct.

OK, I don't associate eating ground beef with eating healthily. Ground beef in the US is a mixed bag of trouble and this kind of thing happens much too often: http://www.slashfood.com/2009/11/02/beef-recall/ I think "relatively" healthy would call for a small piece of (organic) grass-fed beef or free-range chicken.

most gamier meats tend to be leaner
deer, bison, elk, rabbit, etc
good stuff and now that its winter you can make chilies and stews.
