no. unless you want a complex design, which will not be provided by any other free shop software. it has everything and even more than needed. once the shop has grown and the owner wants a professional to improve the design, he surely will have the money ..

Coldarchon, You misunderstand I am against all free shopping cart software as my experience and that of everyone that I know who owns a business and is not an expert coder is that they are in reality a headache and more expensive over time than commercial software unless you can do your own coding. I think business owners want and need professional support by software developers if possible by phone 24 hours a day if not at least by email. In addition to design work, modification to features are typically needed and this can be very expensive as a custom modification. Much more than the cost of commercial software. We will simply have to agree to disagree if you are a proponent of open source shopping carts which certainly have their fans.
