A new model on the 358 last? Or is it 348?
Where did you get them? How much are they?

These are on the 337 last. The new ones (Seymour II) are on the 358 i believe

Is these MTO for one of the London stores? Hayle isn´t in the ordinare line up and Harvard doesn´t come in mushroom suede. If these are store MTOs do they have other nice shoes we should know about?

These pics leads to three questions:

1. Where do i buy those?
2. How much are they? (if you don´t mind sharing)
3. Fit?

 

1. you don't, they were made by Grenson for a boutique mens store (T. Fox) in London that is sadly no longer with us
2. from memory about £300
3. yes they do

 

 

The Hayle has been replaced by the Hartland, which is on a different last but is otherwise very similar - unlined suede, flexible dainite sole. As you would expect it is very comfortable.

 

The Harvard certainly was available in mushroom suede when I bought these last summer.

 

 

 

I just finished surfing the last 69 pages.  Wow, lot's of awesome suede shoes.  I saw some pretty cool Alden's in suede, but looking at the AldenShop online there are only a few suede options.  Is this a seasonal offering from Alden?

All three of these are just over a year old.

Shoetrees...

Confused...

Shoetrees are used in all of my shoes. Since I was cleaning/polishing them last weekend, shoetrees and laces came out. I simply handn't inserted the trees back into two of the three pairs before taking the pictures.
