No, they are still working on it.

Even now, administration officials are declining to disclose many details about the debugging effort. They will not say how many experts — whom they describe as “the best and the brightest” — are on the team, when the team began its work or how soon the site’s flaws might be corrected

I wonder if whatever administration dummy said "the best and the brightest" knows what that phrase connotates. Men who got the country into a trillion dollar war that we lost miserably and cost us 58,000 American lives. I hope Obamacare is not as successful in ruining the country.

I saw that a couple days ago and I was sure it was satire.

They're playing it as real.

I have read, in a certain special part of the Netwebs, many people think the Repubs have sabotaged the exchange websites. I enjoy the cognitive dissonance of how they can be simultaneously mocked for being stupid yet accused of high tech sabotage at the national level.

I watched some highlights of the healthcare.gov hearings and it's clear the "top men" they have running the programs are hopelessly technologically ignorant. There's a good article on it at Slate of all places -

So, I actually happened to turn on Hannity for one of Hannity's calls into the 1-800 number live on the radio (this time it was someone different). I remember thinking "I bet someone gets fired over this." Overall the segment was stupid because he calls in and starts asking questions like "It said in the NY Post that no one in NY has fully signed up for Obamacare yet. IS THAT TRUE?"

I am opposed to Obamacare, but calling into their call centers and start asking these (probably minimum wage) call center people stupid questions on the radio to make some political point or just for entertainment seems just inane.

I just got news that my wife's boss is no longer offering insurance as of 2014 (small business with 15 employees). He used to cover my wife and two other members of his staff while the others had the option of buying in at a cheaper rate than was available elsewhere. She had GHI till now - $40 copays but I don't recall any large deductible. Even so that was a crappy plan. Went for blood test - $40 copay, ultrasound - $80 copay. I just went to browse some insurance sites (Emblem/Oxford/Blue Cross) and the most expensive plans had copays that were equal to or more than her current crappy plan besides the $2500 deductible. Unbelievable! And that lying pace of shit said I could keep my own plan. Not only can't I but it will cost even more. Plus, being that my wife is 4 months pregnant doesn't help - we need a plan where she can stay with her current OBGYN. I'm sure the fucken morons in the white house didn't even think how this ACA (aka redistribution of wealth) would affect millions of people with conditions and the like whose insurance plans cease to exist and are forced to move on to new plans with other docs. What a bunch of idiots!

/end rant

That was always my take on the whole "Bush stole the election" trope

so if you think about it, this is really the Republicans' fault.

It's rare, but it's times like these I pity the poors. Sure, I'll have to pay a little more for my insurance but I'm a 17%er. I'll be fine. The poor on the other hand are going to get soaked. Fuck 'em. We tried to warn them but they elected that fuckwit anyway. It's their own fault.
