Try this its delicious..

1 cup blueberries
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 cup of milk
2 scoops of your favorite chocolate or vanilla protein

1 cup fresh raw spinach (frozen tastes intolerable) 1/2 cup ground raw oats 1/8 cup ground flax seeds 1 banana 1 scoop (~25g) unbranded pure protein just enough whole milk to create a drinkable texture I blank my mind for about 10 seconds while I shotgun it. Pre-workout I take about 25g protein with water, and I usually add a little bit of protein to milk with my meals. Is cinnamon something I should be taking? What are the benefits? And you just eat a spoonful?(which is pretty funny to try to do without a liquid)

I've been using bsn syntha 6 for 3 months give or take now and I was just wondering if it would be better to make my own shakes or to keep buying the powder. Any advice is appreciated, thank you.
