1 cup fresh raw spinach (frozen tastes intolerable) 1/2 cup ground raw oats 1/8 cup ground flax seeds 1 banana 1 scoop (~25g) unbranded pure protein just enough whole milk to create a drinkable texture I blank my mind for about 10 seconds while I shotgun it. Pre-workout I take about 25g protein with water, and I usually add a little bit of protein to milk with my meals. Is cinnamon something I should be taking? What are the benefits? And you just eat a spoonful?(which is pretty funny to try to do without a liquid)
