I make a Protein Shake after my workout and looking for new recipes. Here's what I normally use, thrown together in a blender:
1 1/2 cups of frozen strawberries
1 banana,
1 scoop of Whey Protein
1/2 container of yogurt
1 1/2 cups of soy milk.
