Protein Shake Recipes

I make a Protein Shake after my workout and looking for new recipes. Here's what I normally use, thrown together in a blender:
1 1/2 cups of frozen strawberries
1 banana,
1 scoop of Whey Protein
1/2 container of yogurt
1 1/2 cups of soy milk.

sugar-free vanilla syrup

why do people ask for recipes for this shit? protein powder + ingredients you like/need to meet your daily macros. done.

8 oz water, one scoop protein powder, 1 tablespoon soy lecithin granules, put in shaker bottle, shake, drink, rinse, done.

Fuck a blender, I'll eat my bananas and oats.

My favorite protein shake recipe is: 1 scoop ON 100% Whey Chocolate and 1 cup skim milk.

cup of skim milk or so vanilla protein powder scoop(s) I use Optimum Nutrition Whey a small spoon of natural peanut butter 1/2 a frozen banana some oats 2 cubes of ice *****you can also add cinnamon to this and tastes real good***** blend and enjoy another simple one cup of skim milk or whatever you use protein powder a couple frozen strawberries some almonds blend and enjoy p.s. I think vanilla protein is the best as it mixes easily with most fruits/mix-ins, bananas, stawberries, blueberries, raspberries, snozzberries

Gah. If you need to use a blender I wouldn't call it "simple". I use protein shakes as supps though, not meal replacements.

I've found just mixing the shit with water and lecithin is the way to go. Get my protein and it doesn't fill me up so I have room to eat more as well.

1.5 cups blue bell vanilla ice cream, 3/4 cup whole chocolate milk, 1 heaping tablespoon malted milk, 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder, 3 egg whites.

I call it a protein shake because of the eggs.

1 scoop EAS Strawberry whey + cranberry juice. Shake vigorously and enjoy.

Almond or rice milk, almonds, peanut butter, banana, spinach, beans, pumpkin seeds.
