I'm 157 and about 5'11", I definately don't look emaciated.
I don't understand why you have such a strong desire to shoe-horn others into your little world. You're definitely not intelligent enough to be making any sort of suggestion, let alone such deep impositions.
What basis do you have to judge one's intelligence over the internet
A pretty transparent one: their communicated ideas.
Keep lifting, but lift a session or two less per week, increase cardio, drop caloric intake a bit below maintenance, and pack in the protein.
