C'mon bobmyknobalina, that's just not nice. Eason has a very pretty face. No Homo.

I have seen him in person and he was wearing a shirt two sizes too small (sorry dude), so I have a good sense of what muscle he carries. Eason is slight, but well-muscled - think bigger A&F model - which I believe is the look he's after. I'm also sure it's a bitch to eat that much protein in Beijing, so that may be a factor.

Can we now start arguing about how small McDonald is?

When don't I take off my clothes? I was half naked even when we met because of the heat!

P90X is a pretty good program for toning up and cutting weight at the same time.

I lost 100 lbs doing little excercise, and did it in a year. It's all about diet, and I don't mean starve yourself. There a certain calorie limit that you stay under, and you will naturally burn fat. At the same time however, you will also burn away muscle. So keep lifting while you're cutting, but alternate between low weight + high reps for cutting, and high weight + low rep for maintaining strength.

Hey if you ever get the chance, go for it.

I'm interested in seeing your pic (nohomo). I am currently struggling to hold onto the 140 lbs I have and my goal backsquat is 1.5xBW, it seems my goals lie pretty close to where you are today.

You say you train for your physique. What do you define as your goal / target? A %bf? A strength barrier? The mirror?

Back squat, I don't really do front squats.

Actually my squat, bench, and deadlift are almost the same, just my DL is 5kg more than my squat/bench. My goals change a lot, right now, it's to keep fitting into my clothes while increasing my strength, I've been doing 5x5 stronglifts. Of course, if the mirror doesn't look good, I'm not happy.

Back when I was working with a bunch of guys all bigger than me, I realized that I would never really be able to catch up to them when they were naturally 180 and I'm naturally 145lbs. If you're not trying to gain a ton of weight, I think it's best to think of things relative to your bodyweight so you don't get too depressed when your friend benches 315 @ 205 and you bench 225 @ 155. I just focus on my personal best, and strength per bodyweight.

P.S. losers always whine about their besht

People really care if someone can outbench or outsquat them? Wow, that's fucking ridiculous, and about the most useless measurement.

You're a smart cookie I'll tell you that.

You've never worked at a gym man, everybody cares about retarded crap because everybody wants to the biggest/strongest at something. There was a short little bodybuilder who was like 5'3" and 205, and everybody was jealous because he could bench 405. They kept saying it was because of his short limbs so it wasn't fair, etc.

edit: alright I'm putting a peni err money where my mouth is: This is me @ 71kg, 5'11". I'm not happy with the way I look actually, I've gotten fatty and lost definition lately, but I'm pretty sure I don't look emaciated.

P90x is a good program for girly men, if you want to take the cock out of your mouth you start going to the gym and start doing squats and deadlifts.
