Best advice given so far, if you take it the right way. Haha.

You could try an EC stack of Ephedrine and Caffeine pills twice a day.

What has worked for me is:

Running 8 to 12 1/8-mile sprints (with 60 second breaks in between), two to three times a week. That combined with the following diet change:

Bulking: 92g protein from powder daily in addition to 5 high protein meals daily.

Cutting: 92g protein from powder only on lift days in addition to 3 high protein meals daily.

I don't understand why you have such a strong desire to shoe-horn others into your little world. You're definitely not intelligent enough to be making any sort of suggestion, let alone such deep impositions.

What basis do you have to judge one's intelligence over the internet?

What little world is that? Not being able to fit into a 13 year old girls jeans?

A pretty transparent one: their communicated ideas.

I get it, because you like to spew the nonsense of a mens health magazine and I disagree I'm the idiot. Excuse me for having my own opinion and giving advice based on my experience.

No.

You can lose a significant amount of weight on a calorie controlled diet in combination with a lifting program.

I suggest you reduce the carbs intake (I know, so early 90's) and combine it with 4 full body workouts a week focusing on compound lifts.

Principles to follow are:
- Eat three meals per day, frontloading your calories earlier in the day
- Have a piece of fruit pre workout and eat immediately after your workout
- Drink lot's of water
- In your workouts, focus on:
- Bench press: DB / BB, flat or incline
- Dips
- Shoulder press
- Push-ups
- Rows
- Pull-ups / latpull downs if you're not strong enough
- Squats
- Good mornings
- Lunges
- Leg curls
- Step-ups
- Jump squats

Pick four exercises and do three sets of each. Use them in a superset manner. For example, if you shoulder press, immediately follow this up with a set of pull-ups, or if you do legs, follow up with an upper body move.

This will make you sweat and have your heart racing as if you were doing some intense cardio.

On off days, if you have enough energy, just do hill runs. I would suggest 5 x 50m to get the sweat pumping.

You will lose weight with this. Try and lift with a weight that leave you tired and out of breath ofter each set.

Pretty sure I don't, I posted a picture a while back though I've lost it.
