I'm interested in seeing your pic (nohomo). I am currently struggling to hold onto the 140 lbs I have and my goal backsquat is 1.5xBW, it seems my goals lie pretty close to where you are today.
You say you train for your physique. What do you define as your goal / target? A %bf? A strength barrier? The mirror?
Back squat, I don't really do front squats.
Actually my squat, bench, and deadlift are almost the same, just my DL is 5kg more than my squat/bench. My goals change a lot, right now, it's to keep fitting into my clothes while increasing my strength, I've been doing 5x5 stronglifts. Of course, if the mirror doesn't look good, I'm not happy.
Back when I was working with a bunch of guys all bigger than me, I realized that I would never really be able to catch up to them when they were naturally 180 and I'm naturally 145lbs. If you're not trying to gain a ton of weight, I think it's best to think of things relative to your bodyweight so you don't get too depressed when your friend benches 315 @ 205 and you bench 225 @ 155. I just focus on my personal best, and strength per bodyweight.
P.S. losers always whine about their besht
