Maybe a vest with 6 buttons, and a solid color skinny tie? Or if you like this old look why not throw in a gold tie bar! That would make you look really white collar corprate.

Ya but what you are suggesting can easily turn into 18th century bartender. Some upper arm bands, some red eye and you are good to go.

I think you're on to something here.

I was thinking bar too but like a rag time piano player. Maybe he can get a hold of a bowler hat.

1. The vest is small on you. Not by much, and your girlish figure (that's a compliment) makes the best of it. Still, I'd like to see you with the jacket on and no vest.

2. That tie clashes with your outfit. Try one that's more patterned and more toward a truer shade of red.

Having a girlish figure is not a compliment, makes him a beta.

The shoulder seams are hanging over a bit too much.
Since you stated you are working out, I'm sure you'll fill out over time and the shirt shoulders will rest perfectly.
I give you a 7 out of 10. A fine start.
Thank you for sharing the photo. Your bravery to submit to the firing squad here is admirable.

I do have my Off-the-rack dress shirts altered because even most fitted dress shirts are still very large on me, I do think i need to have the sleeves taken up at the shoulder to shorten the sleeves you can notice some blousing along the elbow and before the cuff

Looks good...again I'd like to see a jacket fit too, and yes the waistcoat is a touch small...I have the same prob with many of my jackets and vests for the same reason. I like the tie, maybe not the best look for what else you've got on there, but you were asked to wear red, so it is what it is.

Now I can't get that theme song from The Sting out of my mind.

That could work as a theme song too!
