it is a legitimate website. i just ordered my red wing gt from them. if you don't mind waiting for several days about your order status and wanted to save money, order from them. if not, order from zappos.

It seems like they drop-ship Red Wings so if you know your exact size, etc and won't have to make a return, it seems legit. They're prices are tough to beat. From what I've read in various threads here , it only seems somewhat of a problem if you have to make a return/exchange.

They claim free returns, but I don't see many details. Do they pay return shipping? Or are they just advertising that they don't charge some silly restocking or whatever. Its after hours so can't really call and I'm mulling over an alternative online purchase at the moment.

I made a return and got refunded promptly, but yes you pay for return shipping.

I too was initially wary because of the reasonable pricing, however, their customer service was excellent. They responded promptly to all my emails. However, I made sure I had the right size so I wouldn't have to pay return shipping. Overall, very happy with my experience, and I would order from them again.
