Which would you recommend?

I remember reading something here a couple months back about one that everyone seemed to approve of. I don't remember what it was called, but the descriptions made it sound like a mini powerwasher that substitutes for flossing.

I've tried to run a search, but couldn't find that thread.

I have a sonicare toothbrush which works very well and I believe is the best.

I used to have an ultreo toothbrush. They were made by the same people from sonicare but the went the way of the dinosaur and the replacement brusheads cost like $50 for one.

Thanks for the responses. Does anyone know which of these is a better option? http://www.amazon.com/Oral-Professio...pr_product_top http://www.amazon.com/Waterpik%C2%AE...=pd_sbs_hpc_21 http://www.amazon.com/Sonicare-Flexc...9290092&sr=1-1 this is supposed to be a christmas gift for someone who doesnt have feeling in one side of the mouth. so that side has become prone to periodontal disease since it is difficult to evaluate how well that side is being brushed. i figure one of these types of products might help.

My dentist said that a waterjet would not replace flossing and recommended a sonicare toothbrush. My teeth feel clean after using it. But I also have a waterjet and use it after I floss.
