What are you eating for Thanksgiving (2009)? - Page 4

We decided to not have 16 people over as we have for the last 6+ years and just go into San Francisco to a nice hotel for dinner. My wife is still raving about the excellent food and service. They made up a special entree for my vegetarian son as well that he loved. Best of all, nothing to clean up, no stress about shopping, burning anything, etc....

I did miss seeing more people so next year we may go back to the group event, but then maybe not.

Here was the menu:

Went to the parents' house, enjoyed the typical Thanksgiving fare. No frills, but no complaints. I brought over a bottle of Gewurztraminer and then assembled some brie, fig jam, and cashew hors d'oeuvres on mini toasts.
