Marks on nose from wearing glasses for years

I've worn glasses for almost all my life and I finally want to make the transition to contacts. The only thing stopping me is the marks on my nose from the glasses. Do you guys have any ideas on how to remove them ? Thank you

WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH SOME OF THE POASTERS IN HEALTH & BODY.

And by "some" I really mean the OP. And some of the other poasters.

I had the same problem. I had my nose surgically amputated. Problem solved.
