I took better pictureS I think. My right side is throwing me off. I also included a picture of me in the trial suit in a 36r. I plan to go to my tailor tomorrow so any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks again

That trial jacket looks great, probably would have just lengthened the sleeves/body and called it a day. Waist looks much better on trial than new one.

Wow. 2" from jacket waist or pants waist? How on earth did you end up needing to alter an MTM garment this much? That is significant.

Given how much you had to increase the shoulders, waist, length, sleeve length... pretty much everything, you might have done better starting with a 38R trial jacket and then reducing things as necessary. Might not have ended up with such a wonky backside. Overall though, your jacket is fairly decent, at least from the front. Is this a full suit, or just a sport coat?

3 piece suits, the pants and vest are both fine. And I agree I should of went with a  38R trial suit. I had to increase the shoulders, waist, sleeve length, front chest, back chest (Aaron terminology), and jacket hips. But its too late now. The sleeve length was spot on, the front chest was spot on as well, but the rest were meh. I have forward hips as well so that wasn;t taken into account either. I am usually a 36r in everything else. I actually fit into a 34r with suitsupply. Eitherway I am going to a my tailor tomorrow, Mr.fields so he can take a look at it and hopefully fix the area that I am concern with, shoulders, waist, jacket hips, and upperback.

I find my Kent wang jackets have a decent amount to let out. But if you decide to reorder I'd add length - especially if it's a suit and not odd jacket (which - sometimes - you can get away with a shorter length)

Sport coat. Eh, these things happen. The garments are made by human beings; someone probably read a "19" as an "18" or something. All of the other measurements were spot-on and it's one of the nicest pieces in my wardrobe.

FWIW, did you ask for the waist and hips to be nipped? Because I don't think Aaron would have said to do it

Are you talking to me? If so, no. It was actually increased. The hips look odd to me.

Making sure, which is the trial and which is the final?
^ Obviously the charcoal is the trial and the navy is the final.

I'm on my phone, it was hard to tell, both are dark. But your ... additions to the conversation are always appreciated.
