Lapel flowers $10. New color: green

That looks like a defect. Email sales@kentwang.com and we'll sort it out for you.
I'm gonna get on my soap box really quick. It's fantastic to see an AV actually stepping up to the plate and taking care of stuff like this. There have been a few AVs here recently not doing stuff like this and it does not inspire confidence.

I've bought 2 rounds of 2 shirts each in the past 60 days'ish, all sized Large and all have been consistent. I didn't break out a tape measure for specifics, but that's because they all felt to be exactly the same size.

Yep, and worth highlighting. KW takes care of business and keeps customers happy. Look back through the thread, plenty of examples. I have no doubt he'll sort this one out proper too.

I received a mis-sized polo recently and I was well taken care of. KW service is top notch as always.

As an aside, something I mentioned in a previous post, not all dryer's "low" are equal. A number of years back when I selected my dryer** I was picky about it's low temp and did a lot of research on - it actually has a low and a very low as well as cutoffs for damp/dryness levels. A full cycle to just barely dry on low in mine and things come out warm, not hot, just warm - and very low is just above room temp. Most other dryers I know, after 30 mins or so on their lowest setting, things come out just below hot or flat out hot.

Pre SF, I didn't know / wouldn't have cared and would have ended up with more shrinkage too; but having learned and gotten better gear, I've had much better experiences. Hope this helps somebody next time you get the chance to select a dryer.

**edit: someone asked me what it was that I got:

a Maytag Bravos Quiet Series 400 With Steam (that's a mouthful). ps - the "with steam" means that it's actually hooked up to water and can steam things during the drying cycle. I don't use it a lot but if I have a pair of chinos/jeans/things that I know aren't going to shrink and I just want to get some wrinkles out of - you know, when you've worn them once or twice and they don't need a full wash but are too wrinkly to wear - just toss them in that for about 12 minutes (it auto senses) and they come out great. Not as good as being properly ironed but 90% better than before. Not a feature I use a lot, but it's come in super handy on occasion!

Not to plug a dryer, but I've had it for about 4 years now and couldn't be happier. There's not a lot of appliances I'd say that about...

@Kent Wang

A quick question, do you plan to get more OTC wool Marcoliani socks for the fall / winter season than the ones already on the website?
