Do you have a low right shoulder? If so, did you adjust for this? I didn't know I had one shoulder .75" lower than the other until I walked into a good tailor's shop and he noticed it by looking at me. Measuring from the floor confirmed.

Chest size: good.

Balance: generally good, but is the front a little longer than the back?

Sleeve Pitch: hard to tell without pressing. Does your right shoulder sit far forward in the armhole, towards your chest?

Sleeve Length: good. Could be just slightly longer, particularly the right.

Jacket Length: Can't tell at the back. A little longer than I would prefer in the front. Not much, though.

Pants: Too wrinkled to tell, generally. They seem to fall against the back of your legs just above the knee. If this isn't fixed by pressing, there may need to be some adjustment to get a more uninterrupted line to the floor. The length is waaaay off. Did they send what you had requested?

Overall, I would expect it to look quite good after pressing. I wouldn't have a tailor do anything to the jacket. Other than lengthening the pants, I may ask about how to improve the line of the pants from your seat to the floor.

I think this is the trial he has on.

Which is why I commented that it looked so damn good out of the box.

Pretty sure it's his MTM suit; if it was the trial suit, the trousers would be unhemmed.

Thanks for the opinions, keep them coming!  Yes, this is the final MTM suit, not the trial.

The first two are mid gray and navy. Are there other fabrics you guys would recommend? I'm looking for light fabrics, but it has to be extremely formal since it has to be interview friendly. Thanks.

I'd also do a mid-grey for the next suit.

If you buy again from Kent, you might also ask for a little more taper to the ankle in addition to the extra length. I like the jacket.

Oh OK. I was impressed with the idea that it was the trial.

The suits pretty great. Consult Kent with any other changes. He's the man for it all, has an eye for it. The fact the pants were that short is weird though.  Not sure how that happened.. did you specify an incorrect pant length?

Kent, when will you get in more of the white cotton pocket square with the light blue edge?

I have the black KW balmorals and a pair of dark brown Carmina brogues on a rain last and I would say they are really close. One thing I would note is that I went 8uk in Carmina and 8.5us for KW and both fit perfectly.

Thanks for the feedback! Interesting that you only went down 1/2 size from US to UK to fit into the Rain last. I wear a 12 in the KW brown captoes, and I was hoping that an 11UK in Rain would work for me (I have fairly narrow feet and actually wear felt tongue pads in my KW's to help them fit more snug, they'd be a tad too wide without them). Do you have much Alden experience? What do you wear in some of their shoes (Barrie, Leydon for example)?

Speaking of shoes, does anyone know if the captoe balmorals will ever be available in black? In the market for some black captoes (not feeling the KW plaintoe for whatever reason) and I like the look of KW's captoes a lot more than the other options at this price (e.g. AE Park Avenues).

I'd actually like to see a black punched captoe with a medallion on the same last as the brown captoe. I like the look of the handgrade balmoral from DC Lewis that Kent sells, but it doesn't look like they stock those in black.

Based on an email, the navy polo will be restocked on the 8th

I want to order 2-3 polo's but the colors I want are backordered or sold out.. anyone know when they will get replenished? I would like them before August 8th.

Lol... seems like every day, someone asks in this thread when polos will be restocked. Why don't you just email KW?
