EMB1980:  that looks pretty good to my untrained eye.  The back of the jacket needs to be cleaned up.  I would also strongly suggest a close-up of how the lapels and collar sit while wearing a shirt and tie.  When I did this, it showed a slight collar gap that led Kent to suggest we narrow the collar, which was the spot on recommendation.  Right now I cannot tell how it sits relative to your shirt collar because you're wearing a button-down shirt that is open.

And, for what it's worth, listen to Kent's recommendations.  He really differentiates his MTM service from the other ones based on how good he is in diagnosing fit issues based on these pictures.  I'm very happy with my recent suit.

This was my issue with the polo too, but I think it is constructed that way and it it not supposed to hug your bicep.

I didn't wash the shirt yet, but would washing the sleeve smooth out the creases and make it appear to have a more circular shape rather than a flat-ironed shape?

IMO it looks too big. What size polo is that? Also what is your height and weight?

5'9 and 135 pounds. This is a medium.

Thanks for the feedback!

Kent is sending me the 42 jacket for comparison.

Two other questions:

1.  I'm toying with the idea of a slighly lighter charcoal or dark gray.  Maybe one of the two gray gladson twills that seem popular on here.  Am I crazy?  While this will be my only suit, I will have no professional need for a suit for at least 14 years, and also have other options should I need to go to a funeral.  Really, I just need this suit for weddings and social occasions.

2.  Has anyone doubled the trousers on their order?  On the one hand its a special occasion suit, so it won't suffer daily wear.  On the other, if I spilled something on the trousers and needed a whole new suit, I'd be pretty irate.

I'm looking to pick up a summer suit from KW and am wondering if you guys have any fabric recs -- I always suck at extrapolating from a swatch. At any rate, I was thinking I'd like a brighter, mid-blue -- the suit dead center in the third row from the top of the main page of the Spring lookbook is probably the closest to what I was thinking, but I couldn't pinpoint that fabric in the book itself. Also, fabric 4216 from the lookbook (swatch is in the spring/summer 2 album) looked good, but the swatch for 4216 didn't really look anything like I'd expected it to. I'd like the fabric to be as lightweight as possible. Also am thinking of picking up a go-to navy sportcoat from him, maybe something from the Zegna spring/summer fabrics? Any input would be much appreciated! Thanks gents.

Between using this suit for weddings and social occasions and your concern over ruining the suit by spilling something on it, maybe you should consider going with charcoal.  The darker the suit, the less likely you are to stain it with coffee or something else.

Are shipping charges on exchanges provided by Kent Wang or the purchaser?

Navy polo is out for another 4 weeks? Just ordered one...

This was answered in this thread somewhere. I'm not 100% sure but I believe they pay to you and you pay back. Its easy to bite the shipping when you think of the purpose of the trial jacket. $10-15 for a near perfect fit

I read about this earlier in the thread but does anyone else have any issues with the chest pocket being way too far inside? Standard lapels and only maybe a half of the PS shows. Any kind of fold that's not flat doesn't work at all as it severely screws with the lapel.

Flyswatter re-posted a pic of my suit about a week ago and I don't think I have this problem, and my suit has wide lapels. I have a white linen TV fold PS, and the lapel only partially covers the corner of it. I actually prefer this look, I don't like when the lapel doesn't even touch the chest pocket.

I sent an email but have not heard back. I'd like to return M polo for a L polo in a different color but the L is out of stock. Will the return result in a credit with KW until the L polo gets in stock?

Anything specific I need to know about the return besides returning it in its original condition with a note stating what I want in exchange?

TIA
