Kent Wang - Affiliate thread - Page 71

Just a quick question. I wear a Large in RL polo custom fit & a Medium in the softer fabric RL polos, does that mean I need a XL in Kent Wang Polos? I am skeptical and do not want to get it too big. I am 6'2 185. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I am also a 40L in a suit jacket

SPOO's the man. I could care less what he does as long as he keeps posting pics.

Polo measurement chart. 40 jacket corresponds to a XL. If you wanted to be really sure you could measure the shoulders of a shirt that fits you well and compare against the measurements.

Joshua Q, I'm similarly sized and need an XL in the chest. You may or may not run into the issue of the neck then being too large. No way to know other than try.

Any idea on when the OCBD's will be available in other colors?

A guy in my office, a notoriously unstylish tech office, is wearing a KW rugby. What to do?!

Is his name Paul Owen?

I'm working on expanding the MTM shirt process so you'll be able to order shirts in more fabrics, including OCBD fabrics. Might be a few months.

I'm not sure whether to order a XL or XXL polo shirt.

I wear a Large in PRL custom fit polos and a pretty standard 42r/l in PRL sport coats.

Was also considering a long sleeve rugby - don't know if that has any bearing.

Also - any idea of when you would have the hand grade monkstrap in 7 or 7.5?
One more thing for members who have purchased some of Kent's shoes, would the shoes mentioned above or the benchgrade chukkas be a noticeable step up from my six or seven pairs of AE's (strands, fairfax, hales, etc)? I'm considering my first pair of "nice" shoes, without going as far as Lobbs, and I'm wondering if this is a good direction to go.
Okay last thing - what is the wait time on the charcoal suit in a 36R? And then the subsequent wait time on the custom suit? I'm thinking I'm ready to pull the trigger on a MTM light grey Loro Piana suit and I have a problem with patience biggrin.gif

Is there a way to be notified of when the monkstraps are available in 7.5?

Kent,

I am a big fan of your polo shirts. Is there any chance/plan to add more colors, like say, a dark red or a burgundy? That would be swell. biggrin.gif

Any news on the possibility of striped pique polos? I already have 7 of your polos but would love to get some nice striped ones.

About to pull the trigger on a couple of suits, but am hoping for some photo inspiration to seal the deal. Does anyone have any new photos to share?

Kent, any luck with people sending in photos to you? Thanks.
