Any ideas for "going out" Thanksgiving weekend?

My wife is in the middle of her PA surgery rotation, and is doing 12 hour shifts 5 days a week.
Her one vacation a year is thanksgiving, and she gets Wed-Sun off...
But there's nowhere to go/nothing to do since everyone closes then
Any ideas, please!

You could do a lot worse than 3 nights in Paris or London..
