had to cut down since getting exercise induced asthma.
currently doing 1500 m MTW, FSS
funnily enough I don't swim competitively or do water polo.
this and rowing is only thing i can do with bum knees and lungs ) :

bleh work out today, did about 5000 yards over the course of 2.5 hours

first swim meet of the season, didn't do too bad but need to get in better shape. 50 free in 28.1, 50 butterfly in 32.17, 100 free in 65.2

1000 metres today, I only halfass it for 20 mins then get out. I swim for light cardio between lifting days, so nothing serious... being a swim instructor means you dont like to swim for fun =/

i swam the varsity 100 butterfly today and managed to come in third with a 1:09, for my first time it's not bad

apparently we were supposed to start tapering today for league prelims next week, my coach's idea of a taper was shorten the warm up by 1500 and increase the actual work out by 1000, so we did about 5000 yards for the workout and about 800 yards for warm up
