Girl question (this is for real)

So guys.

I've been going through my phone contacts list, and there are at least 4-5 girls in there that I have no idea of ever having met. Just first names, some with notes like "from the bar". I must have been blacked out as usual when I met these people, so there are three possibilities:

1) I got their number to politely get away despite having no interest
2) I got their number thinking they are hot but they are actually busted (beer goggle effect)
3) They are hot

I feel like I should at least contact them, but I am at a loss about how to do so without coming off as a douche who has zero idea of who they actually are. And the last thing I want to do is meet up with a girl who ends up being ugly and being in an awkward situation.

Hmm, I have some of those. Two courses of action:

1) Invite them to go out somewhere your friends will be hanging out. If she's a dog just don't go home with her.

2) Invite them to go out somewhere your friends won't be hanging out. If she's a dog just don't tell your friends.

Two possibilities depending on how important sticking it in something is.

How are they gonna know who you are since you dont even remember where you met them?

"Hey I met you at some bar in the last year. Remember me?"

I've come across this problem before and I just delete and move on.

can you search the numbers in google? some people put their numbers on facebook either on their profile or in a "here is my new number" group thing. Might let you know if they were worth contacting, or at least give you a name which you can then facebook. I searched my number and found myself, so it might work.

I searched my number and found myself, so it might work.

I facebooked the numbers and googled them. Ohio and Brooklyn...doesn't tell much, esp. in NY where no one has a local number anyway. I'm gonna go try to close the deal with a youngin tonight and if that fails, I might just blind dial these b's and see where it leads.

Invite them to meet you somewhere you can hide and scope them out first, giving yourself time to decide whether to approach them in person.

I hear book depository towers and grassy knolls are great locations for this form of social interaction.

if the point is to get your count up, what does it matter if they are fugly? lol neway, i have a solution to this. when i get a number, for whatever reason, i list either their name or "no". if it rings and "no" appears, you dont answer. this method makes the decision to answer for you. (much) more than half of the numbers have "no" as their name

^^^ Smart but I never give out my number so I wouldn't really be getting random calls from these people.

Anyway, it's really a non-issue. I was just horny but that's been taken care of.
